The Reason

Most golfers as they get older have a tendency to lose power in their golf swing. So, I'm going to show you an exercise, part 3 of our 5-part series on Lower Body Strength Exercise called a single leg water bottle touch. Also known as a single-leg deadlift. Keep in mind this Lower Body Strength Exercise is a tough one.

What is Needed

You can use a chair. I'll use a chair for the first one. You will also need a tall water bottle. What I want you to do for this Lower Body Exercise is to stand on your right foot. and put your right hand on the chair.
